50 WOW – I made it thus far and ready to make 50 the NEW 30!
Not that 45 and Fabulous was NOT FABULOUS …BUT
Our bodies change our priorities change our thoughts change all the time they are as I write.
This challenge will be a small yet precise change in maintaining OPTIMAL HEALH day to day.
Bringing healing waters -alkaline –
SAW- aka “Structured Alkaline Waters”
Whole Foods – fruits- raw nuts-(not to many they have a lot of calories). Nuts are full of protein, good oils, and just 6 almonds can give you the protein your body needs
Avocados also have the GOOD oils for skin, hair, nails keeping our bodies hydrated.
I suggest these tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle are a great start they are yummy

      So happy you are following this amazing story on life, you are and have been a best mate of mine forever… =}
      This picture, right? My parents sent it to me a long time ago, it is actually an 11X14 poster size HA! Gotta love it, in the Bahamas life is good.
      God is good man I tell ya- Robert had it framed copied framed etc… and then put it on the cake for my 50th birthday whew hooo, I tell you.
