YOGA class Sala Muse
Dear friends,

As you may have been able to tell from my recent blog posts I am currently in Italy, soaking up some Mediterranean laughter and sharing my newly qualified Core Power Yoga instructor skills. I have been teaching at one of the most beautiful residences in the world and I just had to share it with you all.

The Palazzo Tournabuoni  is a private residential building created through the restoration of a magnificent 15th century palace in the heart of Florence, Italy and I know I’ve said this before but if you ever find yourself on this side of the world you MUST make this a stop off on your trip.

My classes have been held on the most part in the beautiful and historic Salle de Muse room, the first place that opera was ever performed in the city of Florence and neighbor to the room where the Pope stayed when he was living in Florence back in the 1500’s. Check out this video of me and this stunning yoga location in the video clip below – it certainly blows my mind!

You may visit the Palace by invitation only so make sure to contact me via my contact page to make a special arrangement. If you would are interested in becoming a member I can put you in touch directly with membership curator, Jane Guarducci.

You can find out more info about the palace here: www.palazzotornabuoni.com
