Anger= starts with being sad, then turns to worry, stress and fear, moving right into grief! If just one emotion collaborates into all of the below WE really need to WATCH WHAT OUR MINDS ARE THINKING.
Go back, SERIOUSLY to meditation, take a walk, BREATHE for four counts in and four counts out, slowly and deliberately. I can promise the breathing will turn into meditation, your mind will bring up nature, seasides and love. That my friends is the key to working with our minds! Try it you’ll like it! =}
