HOFFMAN INSTITUTE, ST. HELENA, CA. LIFE CHANGER

Hi Friends!

Oh dear! Always trying to better myself and help the people around me, my family, friends and YOU do the same. I guess through this retreat(s) have become my middle name and this one is “The Life Changer”! I’ve heard from several friends in the last two years that the HOFFMAN INSTITUTE is THE PLACE to go to rid yourself of negative behaviors or patterns we inherited from our parents and our parents from their parents, a generational thing you could say. Then my boyfriend went and I saw THE CHANGE– in everything about him, a beautiful thing! I wanted to come two years ago when I first heard about it and well somehow life got in the way.

I am here now, and so grateful to do this process yet at the same time anxious, nervous, uncertain, hopeful, tearful, the list goes on. I arrived last night did the meet & greet welcome dinner, and today embarking with 39 other beautiful peers all looking for the same kind of life changes. It’s so nice to feel and see how many people really want to change their patterns and have a better life for themselves and their children, there is one lucky woman who is 23 weeks pregnant so talk about a LUCKY BABY, her boyfriend will be here next month…. how awesome is that?!

Now, at 5pm we all turn in our cell phones and have no communication with the outside world. I am looking forward on moving inward (forward) to my true authentic self…… see you on the out bound with flying colors, I am in the end very hopeful and again grateful!
