KeVita is a pro-biotic drink that I am head over heels in LOVE with and so is my tummy! I’m not sure why but at 45 thru 50 now I have had some really rough times with my tummy. I went to the emergency room in Palm Beach Gardens, FL on my visit home looking after and spending time with my family. I end up in the emergency room, ouch! Colitis, Diverticulitis, all kinds of crazy things take place in our digestive systems and stress does have a lot to do with it. After my divorce five years ago my doctor has had me on a very low grade antibiotic for months at a time sometimes and I would go back and forth with pro-biotics and antibiotics, pro, anti, pro, anti, you get the idea- not so bad if it’s two or three times a year but this is ridiculous!
Then KeVita – which in Italian (spelled a little differently) “CHE VITA, CHE VITA” WHAT A GOOD LIFE as in too good to be true, of course in Italia you must remember the hands are waving in the air above the head in circles while stating this phrase!
What I have found with my new KeVita is that I am finally back to “CHE VITA” after drinking KeVita for a week, sometimes one a day sometimes two.
The KeVita team are so awesome and I’m no doctor BUT if you are having tummy problems of any kind and nothing seems to be helping some simple meditation KeVita pro-biotic drink and breathing does help too!
Oh and did I mention that KeVita’s version of the Master Cleanse are organic ingredients, organic lemons, sweetened with Stevia, has only 2 grams of sugar, touch of cayenne and only 10 calories per bottle compared with the other pro-biotic beverages which are more expensive, more sugar, way too much cayenne, for me personally and comes in a glass bottle. The competitors are in plastic, which we all know the plastic bottle of any kind are being scrutinized good? bad? ugly? Do we really know? But we do care!!!
Oh and did I mention that the two new drinks Mojita-lime mint coconut and the daily cleanse lemon cayenne both have ‘BLUE OCEAN FULL SPECTRUM MINERALS’ humm, I’m thinking maybe a little vodka or rum in it…. well it’s only Monday maybe I will think about that one later.
