🌑With the new moon today and the first of 2016. Start a new habit, an extra glass of water a day, washing your face every night, walking a mile or starting yoga. I suggest yoga as its been such a big part of my life and has helped me grow, mentally, spiritually and physically. Joining a gym does only so much, it’s still a wonderful thing to do for your body, don’t get me wrong. Going deeper and closer to your true authentic self is in the yoga.
