Holy crap-o-licious have not been feeling so up to par lately. I’m so tired of lying in bed feeling nauseas, so what does Brenda Swanson (world class athlete, feeling like first class bum do)? I hit the 6:30am HOT POWER YOGA C2 class. Jennifer taught this morning and ladies, gents, kids on your sports teams at school and otherwise. It’s real important to rest when you don’t feel well but don’t let too much time go by the older/yet younger we get it takes so much more effort & pain to get back into your groove.- I hope this wasn’t a dumb thing to do on my part- I’ll let you know tomorrow!
