Yesterday I posted 6 MUSTS TO BEGIN OUR SPRING CLEANSE-
I will begin the cleanse right after Easter, hope you will join me too- it will be fun, challenging and if your serious about changing your body, living a consciousness mindset to a better you this is the answer! It’s not about waterproof mascara, a new set of gulf clubs or how to spin your buns off in 30 seconds or less. If you are 16 going on 25 it’s not dropping five pounds or trying to figure out where your fake ID will work Friday night. This is an eternal, mental and physical challenge for you, me and the entire family the “getting to know thyself cleanse“. The most awesome part, you’ll see is after day 2 or 3 you will not look back but crave this new found feeling that’s unstoppable. It’s funny I have more men craving a lifestyle change and wide open to get it, live it and integrate it into their lives permanently! This time ladies and teens, watch dad and give it a try with the ol’ man! A new twist right?
OUR internal and external detox plan eating whole foods, juicing, detoxing using my in home spa tips for natural exfoliation, detoxing scrubs and sloughing off the old skin, with natural brushes, sea sponges, in combination with my aroma therapy oils nurturing and protecting the new skin. Hair and scalp detox, strengthening hair cleansers, conditioners and oils for stronger hair, Changing out our body waters through sweating, drinking alkaline or SAW (STRUCTURED ALKALINE WATER) constantly hydrating both inside and out. I will be teaching you how to make Alkaline water the difference in your bodies digestive track and acidic problems ‘BE GONE’ and are! Exercising, elimination and making some time for silence, prayer and meditation is key for our minds to reflect, feel and listen to our bodies signs of the way we are feeling day by day. The first 2-3 days you will find it’s an almost every 3 to 5 hour check in on our body changes and the rapid feelings of change that start occurring almost immediately!
THE CHALLENGE – OUR OWN JOURNEY’S WILL ALL BE DIFFERENT, there is no right or wrong, talk to your physician before you start. This is about YOU be kind to yourself, remember you can do anything when things get a little uncomfortable or squeaky breathe through it, listen to your body! if its a 10 minute nap you need take it, avoid stress by lying ldown on the floor bottom up against a wall and put your legs up the wall, calms the central nervous system. Childs pose with both hands in a fist placed into your lower abdomen and lean lean over forehead on floor keeping pressure on abdomen.
