Hello my friends start every week with WHOLE ORGANIC FRUITS and VEGGIES (if you can, from your local farmers at the farmers market near you.

Clean celery, cucumbers, and other veggie well and keep in a glass with an inch or so water in your fridge. This way grabbing a healthy snack is easy for you, hubby and your kids (after school snack) smother them in raw organic almond, peanut or whatever nut butters they like.

I do this every week so  don’t have to even think twice on what is the easiest or healthiest thing for the whole family-

For example this is what I picked up this week.

Eat smile  and be grateful for all you do, eating with gratitude and chewing your food properly will even make it better.
