Artichokes could lead to a sexy afternoon – depending on who comes over. I like Trader Joes brands as they have their own farms and have lovely organic & non organic fruits, veg, you get the idea. Artichokes are light (full of fiber and antioxidants) Mix up a bottle of rose DOMAINE DU SAINT-ESPRIT-Cotes du Provence is lovely to make it a bit fresher w not as much wine- San Pelligrino sparkling water is a great mix.
