I was told by someone very special to me and it made me laugh and think and really think-
What a great and true thing to say, I wish I would of thought of that one myself.
Let me see how many times did we make our 5 year plan? Seriously, from when we were kids and wanted to be doctors, veterinarians, lawyers, Jaques Cousteau’s, actors, models, singers-moonwalkers (you get the idea) we all had these BIG plans for what we WERE going to do when we grew up. I had so many, from gymnastics, ice skater, a character at Disney World- Farrah Fawcett from the Noxzema commercial with Bob Griese that I would sing repeatedly with gusto in my bathroom mirror with my hair brush. If you are too young and don’t know that commercial, she was also one of Charlie’s Angles- and Bob Griese was a great quarterback for the Miami Dolphins back in 1912. Kidding-
We all have dreams, thoughts and plans for ourselves because that is what we are supposed to do, … or not?
I would love to hear what YOUR 5 year plan was when you were little tike? When you left high school or college? What it is you are doing now? From that little girl or boy in each of us how many times “your career-dreams” have changed and what are you doing now?
